The best part about having my own brand is the opportunity of giving back. Last week, I got to do a podcast for the show "Maven Minds" where I talked about how I got started in perfume, mistakes, advice and how I chose my dream team. In an ideal world, the best way to learn is from someone else's experiences. My goal in doing this podcast was to inspire entrepreneurs and dreamers to just start, that's half the battle right there.Also, mentally preparing and conditioning your mind for the tough road ahead will help more than you can imagine, because when the storm comes it'll be a bit easier to get back up again.
